Hello list members I'm looking for various mitigation techniques that prevent Malware and DoS attacks/vulnerabilities/distribution. What measures help to prevent Malware and DoS? Do you have any ideas to extend my current list of possible measures? To prevent from DoS: - broad and redundant Internet access - agreement with ISP to intervent in case of DoS or DDoS - good subnetting with firewalls in between - IPS deployment To prevent from Malware: - antivirus deployment - defense-in-depht - IPS deployment - user awarness - keeping systems up to date Thanks for your feedback!
