where are web server logs stored in the squid?

It depends on your installation - In a Debian system, it defaults to
/var/log/squid/access.log (every query received),
/var/log/squid/cache.log (how the cache is behaving) and
/var/log/squid/cache.log (more cache- and storage-related
information). Look for the cache_access_log, cache_log and
cache_store_log directives in your configuration file.
