That would depend on what process is listening on that port. Is the port TCP or UDP? What operating system do you run? On Windows try TCPView [1] (or "netstat -ano"/"netstat -anb" if you have Windows XP). On Linux try "netstat -tulpen". That will give you the PID of the process listening on that port.
