I would advise caution against detailing your home network setup.  This is foremost a public forum, it is not 
inconceivable that the BlackHats troll through here . . . .

As for keeping your green zone safe, at an absolute minimun get a good name brand firewall and allow NO inbound 
protocols. Zip, nada, nothing inbound at all.  Then seperate your e-mail to an second machine.  

As for the rest, hang 'em out there in the firewall's DMZ . . . they'll get attention like Brittany Spears doing 
shooters in a bar.
