Mark,

Here is an article from e-week. Someone hijacked this domain and they were
successful in reclaiming it. It is kinda scary what happened here. The
domain WAS LOCKED and someone was still able to buy it.

Subject: Domain Name Dispute Resolution - Experiences?

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their experiences
engaging in domain name dispute resolution?

I know someone contemplating whether they should contact NAF
(http://www.arb-forum.com/domains/) to pursue an ICANN Domain-Name
Dispute-Resolution (http://www.icann.org/udrp/udrp.htm.) It seems like
ICANN is pretty straightforward if you can show "bad faith" on the part
of the registrant. Hoping someone will want to share some "war
stories!"

Thanks,

Mark
