Couple thoughts...

1. (If this is XP) the remote assistance feature can be used client-side to
send you (the administrator) an invitation.  That will have the IP address,
which one assumes, is still valid for at least a little while.

2. Check out one of the dynamic hosting services, such as dyndns.org - these
maintain a DNS pointer to the (changeable) client IP address.  This works
for any client OS - there is a small client program you install to keep the
dynamic pointer updated.  Once the dns address is available, you can ssh (or
whatever) to xyzcorpsite212.dyndns.org just like it was a fixed IP.

Is there any software or any way that we could have a remote control over
client(s)
Which does not have fixed IP?
I'm one of my company system administrators, and currently we need to
support remote site clients.
But, the difficult part is that the client have a dynamic IP.
Thus, is there any tools to help?
Even it needs to be launched from the client side.
