you may create custome access list on squid.conf. the list may be composed by website name whom you want to block or allow access. it's also possible to define http agent access list: for exemple, all your IE

client are forbitten, but only mozilla(or any other) like browser.

put just the exact url of gmail.com, and the policy you want to apply for that....


ps:  iptables can matche highleve motif, just http agent or any url. you

need a little patch.
