Also, they come in 2 forms, one is a hardware based keylogger and the other is software based.... detecting a software based one is hard to tell you without knowing ur OS? If its hardware based, u can check this, check the back of your computer, "I think" they sit between ur keyboard and the keyboard port, it just sits there passively capturing data. Its what those hackers used a bit back that were busted for hacking into the bank.... hardware keyloggers were found....
