Try Capella University (http://www.capella.edu). They are fully accredited.

I am half way through my MSIS degree there.  They offer a combined management/technical Masters which mirrors the 
domains of the CISSP.  At the end of the program, the student should have the following:

- CCNA
- CISSP
- Masters in Information Security
