Hi Marty

Lotus do a pretty lite piece of software called SameTime which is mainly 
used for live chat, but also has features for sharing a desktop, 
conferencing, etc.

what's nice about this is that the server sits in your LAN, and is 
controlled by yourself....this rules out any security risks.
