CGI on DOS CLI

Hi

I have a CGI application running on the webserver to query for the database.
I use the web browser to run the CGI.

However, has anyone come across a tool to be able to run CGI on a DOS CLI to
the webserver to query the database?  The reason of doing this is to able to
run the CGI using a scheduler instead of manually running from the web
browser
