Terry, It might help if you give everyone an idea of your background/expertise in this area. Building a data center requires a solid understanding of building construction techniques, telecommunications, security, fire, water, electrical expertise...to mention a few. Are you a beginner in this area, an engineer, etc. Are you talking about large data center, small, etc.
From an auditor viewpoint...I have reviewed the control, security and
