Patch Mgmt. - MS SMS Installer - Embedding Logon Credentials

 Does anyone have any experience with the MS SMS Installer utility? 
Supposedly you can compile security patches into an .MSI file with Admin 
credentials and then deploy. How do you embed the logon credentials, 
scripting?
