Hi,

My company does not really have the experience on the MSSP side,
but we are using ISS's IDS and IPS. From the past experience when
we were evaluating the vendors' product, we have decided to choose
ISS based on the two reasons stated below, perhap you can use it 
for your reference:

1) ISS has a strong R&D which have produced a very good detection
engine for their product. When we are talking about IDS/IPS, what
normally you need is a very accurate detection engine to detect 
those threats and to minimise the false positive.

2) ISS has always provided solution ahead of many vendors in term of
the signature. With this, you can protect your company's network before
the threat actually come to you.
