If you hace access of a common user then write regedit in command
prompt . Registry will pop up . then search for 'autoadminlogon' .
after you have find it in registry then change its value to 1 and
reboot 

Because the value resides in [HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\
CurrentVersion\WinLogon], meaning you can't change it without having
administrative privileges. In which case the OP wouldn't have to bother
anyway.
