You could do worse than start at by taking a look at http://www.iana.org/assignments/ipv4-address-space
Then block non-US addresses such as those assigned by regional registries such as
- RIPE (Europe and the Middle East) - LACNIC (Latin America) - APNIC (Asia Pacific)Also think about looking at the blacklists floating about the 'Net, as there are also culpirts in the better regulated regions (US, Canada, Western Europe)
