There are TWO login audit settings in NT/2K/XP. One records logins to the
local
machine; one records logins verified against the security base on this
machine, and
is especially useful on domain controllers or Active Directory. If you
selected the
latter and the user is now logging onto a local account instead of a domain
account,
that might be what you're seeing.

Subject: Auditing Log On not working-Win2kPro

Hi All,

I have set this to be audited, but, strangely, it isn't
happening. Settings
show that it's correctly set to do so. Originally this was
working, then
just stopped. What would be causing this..? Cheers.

Mark Sargent.
