Shot, Do you just need to analyze the temp and history files o the workstation, after the user is logged off? Or do you need to do it live while they are on the system? Or some other content filtering tool to stop "concerns" before they happen? If you can't do that, draft up a policy that makes it clear about "correct" corporate use of computers, including internet browsing. That sends the message along with giving you backing in case you find something. :-) I don't know of any tools that would work at the workstation level. There are plenty that work at the network / proxy level.
