update your domain wide policies to have these info in the log.
Otherwise use VBS script. See Microsoft technet web site

Anybody know of a free tool that can query Active Directory and obtain the date an account was created/modified?  I 
realize you can usually get this information from the security event log but I don't have this information at my 
disposal.  Thanks
