Take a look at Squid (http://www.squid-cache.org/) and the plug-in SquidGuard (http://www.squidguard.org/). It's been a while since I looked at them, but I'm about to get back into it. The last time I looked at them, it worked quite well. Try it for yourself to be sure. Setup took me about 2 hours total. You can script getting the new lists from the squidguard site pretty easily too.
