Its a serv-u server (rpcxserv.exe) and a irc bot. Probably you have a 
sub0t.ini file ( settings for the bot) and and a file 
named "rpcxlogon.exe" this is a remote control program "coded by wolf" ( 
you can downloadit in xfocus.org) maybe have this file "rpcxinfo.osd" , 
its a log created by the serv-u server when start up. I found a file 
called xsetup.dll whit the configuration of serv-u.Regards
