Re: Bank Automated Teller Machine Biometrics

Based on what I've read I believe that (currently) most effective
solution is to use both fingerprints and palm prints.

Iris and Facial recognition both currently have flaws in their use right
now, and in certain instantces are easily spoofed. Saying that though
fingerprints can also be spoofed using a variety of methods (try
googling on fingerprints and gelatine).

To be honest I'd shy away from using a pure biometric system at this
time since there are certainly security conserns, but I would most
likely be happy with a biometric + token system. Where the token can be
a PIN or a secure ID or something along those lines. This is just really
basing security on something you have and something you know/are.

Hope this helped

Does anybody know about any real life experience about deploying biometric

What has been the best efficient biometric security method:
fingerprinting? iris recognition? face recognition?

Thanks,
