It is the 2000 registry hack.. however if you are running any kind of
backup, check to make sure that either the backup or other services don't
need the admin shares to do thier job.

go to labmice.net for more info. They have the 2k and xp registry edit on
there. Just follow the instructions for the 2000 one and it will work on NT
4.0 wks.
