Newbie Concerning IISLockdown Error

This is my first time I am using the list so bear with me.  Our SAs
installed the IIS Lockdown Tool for 4.0.  Now they want to restore the
security settings. Here is the error they are getting:  Runtime Error!
Program:  C:\TEMP\IXP000.TMP\iislocked.exe.  Suggestions would be
appreciated.
